What to do if a company ignores your cancellation

Sometimes, even after canceling properly, a company keeps charging you — or pretends they never received your request.

Here’s what to do:

1. Check your proof

Make sure you saved a screenshot, email, or timestamp from your cancellation. That’s your leverage.

2. Send a follow-up

Email the company with your proof and a clear message:

“This subscription was canceled on 2026. I’ve attached confirmation. Please refund the charge and confirm the cancellation.”

3. Block future payments

Stop the billing at the source:
– Credit card → block merchant / dispute
– PayPal → cancel pre-approved payments
– Bank → request a chargeback

4. Use JustCancelIt

If you’re tired of doing this yourself, let us handle it — we send it for you and track confirmation.
